(RTTNews) - Den Networks' initial public offer that hit the market on October 28, 2009 with 1,76,04,980 equity shares of Rs.10 each, subscribed 1.04 times at close, as per NSE data. The 100% book building issue that was fixed a price range of Rs.195 to Rs.205 a share.

The issue received total bids for 1,83,45,120 shares of which bids for 5,34,870 were receive at cut-off price.

Deutsche Equities India Private Limited acted as book running lead manager to the issue.
